Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, while questioning the Election Commission on Thursday (August 7), has made allegations of ‘vote theft’ in the Lok Sabha elections, Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections. Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini has retaliated.

He said that Rahul Gandhi keeps making unnecessary comments on India’s constitutional institutions, it is unfair to comment on the Election Commission to save his political existence.

Saini said, “By targeting Haryana again and again, he is trying unsuccessfully to cover up the laxity, failure and factionalism of the organization of ‘Haryana Pradesh Congress’. My family members of Haryana denied the Congress on the call of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and gave a strong majority to the Bharatiya Janata Party in the state and formed the government for the third consecutive time.

Rahul Gandhi mentioned anti -incumbency

Rahul Gandhi said in a press conference with data, “Anti-incumbency is something that affects every political party in every democratic country. But for some reason, BJP is the only party that seems to be untouched by the effect of this anti-incumbency despite being in a democratic system. Exit polls, opinion polls are showing something else, you saw this in Haryana elections, saw in Madhya Pradesh elections and then suddenly the results go in a completely different direction, that too with a huge upset.

The Congress leader said, “It also included our own internal polling which was done with a very developed and advanced technology. Our polling was showing one thing, the opinion poll was telling something else, the rest of the survey was pointing to something else, but suddenly the final results come out in the opposite direction.

What did Rahul Gandhi say about Haryana?

Rahul Gandhi said that the Congress lost eight seats in Haryana and the difference of votes in these eight seats is only 22,779 votes. He also gave the example of Karnataka Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.

Out of 90 seats in Haryana, BJP won 48, Congress 37, INLD two and independents won three seats.

Vivah shagun yojna: According to Indian tradition, getting married is usually considered a little expense. Especially in the marriage of daughters, many families are often submerged in debt. Keeping this in mind, the Haryana government has taken another big step for the economically weaker sections of the society. From now on, the assistance amount given under the Chief Minister Vivah Shagun Yojana has been increased by Rs 10,000.

That is, backward classes and needy families will now get a assistance of Rs 51,000 on the daughter’s wedding. Earlier, the beneficiaries used to get assistance of ₹ 41,000, but with the approval of the new proposal by the Chief Minister, this decision will now be implemented.

Who will get the benefit of this scheme?

Explain that this assistance amount is given as “Kanyadaan” and its benefit will be available only to those families whose annual income is up to Rs 1.80 lakh. This decision of the government will provide economic relief to thousands of poor and backward classes. This step will further strengthen schemes like ‘Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao’ of the government and will contribute to the honor and upliftment of daughters.

The government has also clarified that it will be mandatory to register marriage within six months from the date of marriage to take advantage of this scheme. This will not only bring transparency in the system but will also stop social evils like child marriage. Ensuring legal registration of marriage has now become an important condition of this scheme.

Interested beneficiaries can apply for the Chief Minister Vivah Shagun Yojana by visiting the portal http://shadi.edisha.gov.in. Necessary documents and guidelines have also been provided to apply on the portal. This effort of the government shows social justice and positive attitude towards daughters.

Lance Naik Dinesh Kumar Sharma Martyred: Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini reached his village Nagla Mohammadpur in Palwal to pay homage to jawan Dinesh Kumar Sharma, who was martyred in Pakistani firing. Here he announced to change the name of the village in honor of martyr soldier Lance Naik Dinesh Kumar.

CM Naib Saini said that the name of the village will be provided other government facilities including Dineshpur and ‘Operation Sindoor Dinesh Kumar Park’.
