With this, it was claimed in this post that, a case of attempt to murder has been registered against Haseen Jahan and her first marriage, Arshi Jahan under BNS section 126 (2), 115 (2), 117 (2), 109, 351 (3) and 3 (5). The quarrel began when Hasin Jahan started construction on a disputed plot in ward number 5 of Suri, which is allegedly named after his daughter Arshi Jahan. It is alleged that Haseen and his daughter attacked porridge Khatoon when they tried to stop construction.

How much alimony does Mohammed Shami’s wife get?

A few days ago, the Calcutta High Court had ordered that Mohammed Shami would have to pay Rs 4 lakh every month for the maintenance of his wife and daughter. Out of this, there are 1 lakh 50 thousand for Haseen and 2 lakh 50 thousand for daughter. Haseen had expressed happiness over this decision, although he said that this amount is less than his demand.

Haseen Jahan shared a long message with this video clip, in which he also wrote ‘I Love You’ for Mohammed Shami. He wrote that his legal battle with Shami has been going on for 7 years, due to which no one has achieved anything. He also used words like characterless, greedy and ego in his post.

How did Shami and Haseen Jahan’s distance increased

Mohammed Shami and Haseen Jahan married in 2014. After 4 years of marriage, in March 2018, Hasin Jahan accused Mohammed Shami and his family of physical and mental harassment. Shami was charged with attempted murder, domestic harassment and attempting to poison. However, Shami had dismissed all these allegations. Haseen Jahan even accused Shami of match fixing, but the BCCI’s anti-corruption unit gave a clean chit to the Indian fast bowler in the match-fixing case after investigation.
