This time a mixed trend has been seen in the company’s quarterly results. Consolidated net profit increased by about 4.2 percent on annual basis to Rs 4,488 crore. Whereas in the same period last year it was Rs 4,307 crore. That means profits have definitely increased, but the pace has not been very fast.

On the other hand, the company appeared stronger on the earnings front. Income from operations in the fourth quarter of the current financial year was Rs 33,981 crore, which is about 12 percent more than Rs 30,246 crore a year ago. This indicates that the company’s business is growing. However, growth on a quarterly basis has been quite limited.

Dividend gift for shareholders

The company has given the gift of dividend to the investors. After this news there is happiness on the faces of investors. An interim dividend of Rs 24 per share has been declared by the company.

The record date for this has been fixed as 25 April 2026. The payment will be made on 5th May 2026. The company is continuously sharing its profits with investors. Talking about the data, this is the 93rd quarter dividend of the company.

The management believes that Artificial Intelligence will play an important role in the growth of the company in the coming times. Company chairperson Roshni Nadar Malhotra said that in view of the increasing use of AI, the company is continuously strengthening its portfolio. According to him, in future AI based services can make a big contribution in increasing the expansion and earnings of the company.
