Hcltech Ceo Salary Package: HCLTECH CEO Vijay Kumar has become the highest -grossing CEO in India’s IT industry. During the financial year 2024-25, he has been paid a total of Rs 94.6 crore. This amount sits more than Rs 3 crore every month and more than 26 lakh rupees per day. Vijay Kumar currently lives in America.

According to the company’s annual report, Vijay Kumar’s original salary is Rs 15.8 crore. Apart from this, he has also been given a performance linked bonus of Rs 13 crore, restricted stock units (RSUs) of Rs 56.9 crore and an additional bonus of Rs 1.7 crore. Thus their total income has reached 94.6 crore. This figure is 7.9 percent higher than last year.

The most expensive CEO of IT firm

Talking about the salary of other employees of the company, except the top management, the salary of the rest of the employees has increased by only 3.1 percent on an average. Vijay Kumar’s total salary was 662.5 times more than an average employee of the company.

The report also reported that in the current financial year, the board of HCLTECH has approved an additional $ 18.8 million (about Rs 154 crore) in Vijay Kumar’s salary. His next term will start from 1 September 2025 as CEO and Managing Director till 31 March 2030.

How much salary of other IT companies?

If we talk about the CEOs of other major IT companies, then TCS CEO K.K. Kirtiivasan received a salary of Rs 26.5 crore in FY 2023-24, which is 4.6 percent more than the previous year. At the same time, the salary of Infosys CEO Salil Parekh has increased by 22 percent and his total income was Rs 80.6 crore. Wipro CEO Srinivas Pallia, who was appointed in April 2023, has earned Rs 53.6 crore in its first year.

HCLTECH Work From Home: In view of the increasing tension between India and Pakistan, veteran IT company HCLTECH has instructed its employees to work from home (Work from Home). The company has issued these instructions for its Chandigarh, Gurugram, and Noida Office employees. The company will consider extending the work from home system beyond this.
