All these tests help in detecting hidden problems inside the body in time. </p>

At the same time, if there is heart disease, diabetes or other serious diseases in your family, then it is better to get check-up done twice a year, along with special tests are also done.  Apart from this, if you already have diabetes or any chronic disease, then you must get a complete check-up done twice a year, and also get HbA1c test done every 3 months. However, if you are overweight or your lifestyle is not good, then you may need additional testing. Like liver test or fatty liver test. More caution is necessary for the elderly. For this, health check-up should be done at least twice a year. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Health check-up plan for children</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The health check-up plan for children is different according to their age. For example, a small baby should be seen by a doctor every 1 to 3 months.  So that the vaccination is done on time and it can be seen whether their growth is going well or not. Whereas children of 1 to 5 years i.e. toddlers need to have a check-up every 3 to 6 months, so that their height, weight, nutrition and general growth can be monitored, apart from this, for school going children of 6 to 12 years, if the child is healthy then a check-up once a year is sufficient. At the same time, it is necessary for teenagers to have a check-up once a year, in which their eating habits, mental health and lifestyle are given attention so that a healthy lifestyle can be maintained and any problem can be identified in time. </p>
