The research involved nearly 4,000 people who developed bowel cancer, and the risk of cancer increased especially among women who started smoking at the age of 16 or younger and continued smoking for a long time.  This is a clear indication that women&#8217;s bodies can be more sensitive to the harmful effects of tobacco. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Why is the risk of cancer higher in girls who smoke alcohol and cigarettes?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There may also be biological reasons behind the higher risk of cancer in girls who smoke alcohol and cigarettes. For example, in women, certain enzymes and hormones such as estrogen affect the metabolism of harmful substances released from tobacco smoke. This is the reason that even if women smoke less cigarettes, the risk of cancer appears to be higher than that of men. Research also shows that exposure to these active cigarettes i.e. smoke from others has a greater impact on girls. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Alcohol and cigarette smoking not only increases the risk of lung and bowel cancer in girls, but also increases the risk of heart disease, emphysema and other serious diseases. Along with this, lung cancer is twice more common in women than in men.  Research also makes it clear that quitting cigarettes is the most effective solution for health. Women who stop smoking alcohol and cigarettes by the age of 30, the risk of tobacco-related diseases is almost eliminated. <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Men suicide news: </strong>In India, 72 percent of the total people committed suicide in India in the year 2022 were male. This data of the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) has worried the experts about the growing mental health problem in men and says that this aspect is mostly ignored.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Health related interactions should be made normal</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Jyoti Kapoor, founder-director and senior psychiatrist of &#8216;Manasthali&#8217;, said that men are often prepared to suppress their weaknesses, due to which they are silently victimized by it and in many cases the result is suicide. According to Dr. Kapoor, &#8220;Understanding and supporting the mental health of men has never been so important before. We should normalize mental health, provide accessible medical resources and promote an environment that encourages emotional expression without any decision without any decision.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Incidents of atrocities against men including false allegations, emotional misconduct to domestic violence and legal harassment, not only lead to significant psychological trauma but also reflect systematic neglect of mental health of men.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Society ignores men&#8217;s pain</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A research conducted in rural areas of Haryana also revealed that 52.4 per cent of married men experienced gender -based violence without any legal support or psychological assistance. According to research, the society is continuing to ignore the pain of men and the demand of time is that immediate improvements should be made in it. Dr. Preeti Singh, Senior Advisor to &#8216;Seemless Minds Clinic&#8217; and Paras Health, said that this problem has become even more complicated due to lack of legal safety measures.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Preeti Singh said that a research for 2013-14 found that 53.2 per cent of the rapes registered during that period were false, causing concern about the psychological impact on those who were victims of false accusations in psychologists and legal experts. Dr. Singh said that as a result, clinical depression, anxiety, stress disorder and long -term emotional trauma are often faced.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Protein powder is harmfull for health:</strong> In today&#8217;s time, it is seen that most people prefer to go to the gym to keep themselves fit and along with the gym, they also consume protein powder found in the market. But they do not know how harmful protein powder can prove to be for their health. A group of orthopedic experts expressed a serious public health concern, saying that the misuse of steroids and untoward protein powder is causing serious damage to the hips of youths of 20-29 years of age to the gym.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>  More problems in 20-29 year old people</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The warning was given during the &#8216;Delhi Hip 360&#8217; conference held in the national capital Delhi, where orthopedic expert highlighted an anxious increase in the cases of Avskular Necrosis (AVN) and hip damage in the youth, which is usually seen in the elderly. Organizing the conference, Dr. L. Tomar said, &#8220;In recent years, we are seeing a significant increase in complaints related to hip in young patients. Every week in my OPD, I see two to three patients under the age of 30, many of whom are around 20-29 years of age, who constantly complain of hip pain.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Tomar, head of Orthopedics and Joint Replacement Unit at Max Hospital in Delhi, said, &#8220;Often, the investigation reveals auskular necrosis (AVN), which is a condition in which the blood supply in the hip bone is interrupted, which makes the bone useless. In more than 70 percent of these cases, there is a history of the use of anabolic steroids or excessive intake of uncomfortable protein powder. ”He said that recent research has shown that hip problems have increased in youth and the use of alcohol and steroids is the main reason for AVN in youth.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Having damaging the health of his bones- Dr. Tomar </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Recently, Maharashtra FDA began a statewide investigation on protein powder, as many brands were found to be demonstrating steroids, many of which are freely available online or in gym without proper labeling or approval. Dr. Tomar said that the youth, especially those who want to have physical changes, are inadvertently damaging the health of their bones, especially the female head of the hip joint, which is particularly sensitive to changes in blood flow.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Senior Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Rajiv Jain said that steroids, especially when it is misused or consumed without maintenance, directly affects the blood supply in bones. Another observation presented by the orthopedic researcher at the conference revealed that more than 30 per cent of AVN cases seen in the tertiary hospitals of Delhi in the last three years were related to patients under 35 years of age and most of them had a history of steroid injections, oral steroid misuse or supplementary misuse.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Sharad Aggarwal, the scientific president of the conference and senior orthopedic surgeon, said that fitness in India has become a fast growing industry, but due to proper regulation and lack of education. Physicians have urged fitness trainers, influential individuals and gym owners to educate their customers about the dangers of shortcuts such as steroid cycles and uncomfortable protein supplements.</p>
