Both of these are nutritious fruits, but the effect of both in the monsoon is different on the body. Banana is an energy-giving fruit, but according to Ayurveda, it can increase phlegm in rain, which can cause colds and stomach problems. People who have problems with gas, constipation or digestion should avoid bananas in this season. If you have food, then eat during the day. </p>
