It not only disturbs your sleep but also the entire circadian rhythm of the body and has a direct impact on your heart. They were found to have 32 percent higher risk of coronary artery disease, 56 percent higher risk of heart attack, and 30 percent higher risk of stroke. And the special thing is that these risks remained even when the researchers took into account other things such as exercise, diet, genetic factors and sleeping habits, that is, only night light was becoming a big risk for the heart. </p>
