Many research has revealed that the reason for excessive heat is not just the environmental reason, but the reason for this can also be due to lack of some important elements in our body and imbalance of physical processes. <p style="text-align: justify;">According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), every year between 2000-2019, about 4,89,000 people lost their lives due to diseases related to heat. 45 percent of these cases were reported in Asia. This problem becomes more serious in tropical countries like India. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Why is more heat feeling?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Excessive heat is medically called heat integration. This happens when the body is unable to bear the normal temperature. Due to this, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, hormonal changes or effects of chronic diseases etc. are caused. Many research has revealed that lack of certain nutrients and procedures in the body can increase this problem more.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What is the heat of what is lacking?</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lack of sweat:</strong> Body temperature control is mainly through sweat. When there is a lack of water in the body, the sweat is reduced, due to which the body is not able to remove the heat. According to a study, dehydration reduces the flow of blood, which causes extra pressure on the heart and increases body temperature. This condition can be more dangerous in the summer season.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>electrolyte imbalance:</strong> Important electrolytes like sodium, potassium and magnesium are removed from the body with sweat. These electrolytes play a very important role in body temperature control and muscle function. Their deficiency can cause serious problems like heat cramps, heat exits and even heat stroke.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Lack of vitamins and minerals:</strong> Deficiency of vitamin B12 can cause dishotonomia (autonomous nervous system malfunction), which affects body temperature control. Apart from this, lack of minerals like magnesium and potassium can increase muscle cramps and fatigue, which increases sensitivity to heat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>hormonal imbalance:</strong> Conditions such as hyperthyroidism or menopause can cause excessive heat in the body. If the thyroid gland produces more thyroxin hormone, then the metabolism of the body increases. This increases body temperature. Similarly, a decrease in estrogen levels during menopause can increase hot flashes and heat sensitivity.</p>
