Best Time To Drink Tea: Many people’s day does not start without tea. The first thing that comes to mind as soon as you open your eyes in the morning is tea, and some people resort to tea to relieve evening fatigue. In India, tea is not just a drink but is considered a part of people’s everyday life. Be it a conversation at home, a break in the office or a meeting of friends, tea is seen with us on every occasion. But have you ever wondered what is the right time to drink tea? Is morning tea more beneficial or evening tea? Let us tell you that the answer to this question depends on your need and body condition.

Morning tea gives energy

According to experts, morning tea helps in waking up the body and activating the mind. The caffeine present in tea can make you feel refreshed and help you concentrate on work. The antioxidants present in green tea are considered beneficial for the body and can also help in improving metabolism. Besides, black tea and masala tea also work to give energy in the morning.

But it is not only important to drink tea, it is also important to drink it in the right way. According to the dietitian, one should not drink very strong or strong tea on an empty stomach in the morning. By doing this some people may feel burning sensation, gas or discomfort in the stomach. Therefore, it is considered better to take tea with breakfast or some light snack. Ginger tea, lemon tea or other herbal teas are also considered good in the morning. Along with keeping the body hydrated, it can also help in improving digestion. In this way, if tea is consumed at the right time and in the right way, it can become a part of a good start to the day.

Also read: Testosterone Reducing Foods: If you eat these things daily then stop immediately, testosterone will fall and libido will reduce.

Evening tea is relaxing

Evening tea is a source of relaxation for many people after the hustle and bustle of the day. But experts advise that one should avoid drinking tea with high caffeine content in the evening. Also, drinking strong tea late in the evening can affect sleep and some people may also feel restlessness. In such a situation, herbal tea is considered a better option. Whereas chamomile tea, peppermint tea, lavender tea and basil tea can be drunk in the evening. Apart from this, chamomile tea can help in relaxing the body and getting good sleep. Also, peppermint tea is considered helpful in improving digestion and reducing problems like flatulence. Basil tea can be helpful in reducing stress and strengthening the body’s immunity.

After all, what is the best time to drink tea?

Experts say there is no single answer to this. If you need energy and focus for work in the morning, then morning tea can be better for you. At the same time, if you want rest after a tiring day, then evening herbal tea can be a good option. The most important thing is to drink tea only in limited quantities. Drinking too much tea can cause dehydration, acidity and sleep problems. Therefore, tea drunk at the right time and in the right quantity not only gives taste, but can also improve your daily routine.

Ginger tea is very much liked in India. Ginger tea not only enhances the taste, but it is also considered very beneficial for health. To lose weight, people drink many types of drinks, which include green tea, coffee and many other things. At the same time, this question also arises in the minds of many people whether ginger tea is also helpful in weight loss. Now a new research has also come out regarding this. In such a situation, let us tell you today whether ginger tea really reduces weight and what research says about this claim.

What does the research say?

According to a review and meta analysis published in the National Library of Medicine, a positive effect on weight has been observed from the consumption of ginger. A total of 14 studies were included in this analysis, in which 473 people participated. According to the report, regular consumption of ginger has shown reduction in body weight, improvement in waist to hip ratio, reduction in fasting glucose and insulin resistance. Ginger has also helped in increasing good cholesterol. However, no significant effect was found on insulin, BMI, triglycerides, total and LDL cholesterol. At the same time, the result of this research also shows that even though the effect of ginger may not be very big, its effect on the weight related scale is positive.

How effective is ginger in weight loss?

There is definitely mention of significant deficiency in the report. But this research is still limited. Still, if you add ginger while making tea every day, it will not only enhance the taste but can also give a slight boost to health.

Other benefits of ginger

The claim of weight loss with ginger tea may not have been fully proven. But ginger also has many other benefits. According to experts, ginger helps in improving digestion and provides relief from vomiting and nausea. It also helps in preventing inflammation, swelling and many types of infections. It is also helpful in reducing the risks of diabetes and cancer. Along with antioxidants, nutrients like potassium, phosphorus and magnesium are also found in ginger. Although ginger cannot be relied upon alone to fulfill these needs, it is also considered a good supplementary option.
