Many devotees are observing a nine -day fast. Everyone fasts in different ways according to their reverence. Some people eat only fruits for 9 days, while some remain only on liquid diet. Some devotees also eat things made of rock salt and spicy, fried things. Such negligence can spoil health.</p>
