When the arteries become so narrow that the heart does not get enough oxygen, pain or burning sensation starts in the chest, which is called angina. Heart attack can also occur due to high blood pressure. In fact, if the plaque formed due to high blood pressure suddenly bursts, a blood clot can form, which stops the blood flow. This causes lack of oxygen in the heart muscles and a heart attack can occur within a few minutes.

Left ventricular hypertrophy can also occur due to high blood pressure. In this, when the heart has to work harder continuously, its left side starts becoming thick and hard. This is called left ventricular hypertrophy. Initially its symptoms are not visible, but gradually problems like fatigue, shortness of breath and swelling start. However, if it is not controlled then it can turn into heart failure.

Heart failure due to high blood pressure is also considered a common disease. Sometimes the pumping of the heart looks normal, but it does not fill properly. Due to high BP, the walls of the heart become hard and blood flow reduces. This condition is called HFpEF.

Due to high blood pressure, diseases related to irregular heartbeat can also occur. In fact, due to high BP for a long time, the structure and electrical system of the heart deteriorates. Due to this, the heartbeat becomes irregular and fast, which is called atrial fibrillation. Its symptoms include feeling of fast heartbeat, dizziness or fatigue.

At the same time, micro vascular enzymes can also occur due to high blood pressure. This disease affects the small blood cells of the heart, in which blood flow is reduced. Due to high BP, this cell becomes hard and is unable to spread, due to which there is lack of oxygen. In this too, symptoms like chest pain and fatigue are seen.
