The share list on BSE was at Rs 117, which is more than Rs 70 to 67.14 percent. Similarly, on NSE, it was trading at Rs 115 with an increase of 60 percent.

After the listing, the price of shares is increasing rapidly as it has touched the upper circuit of 5 percent at Rs 122.84 on BSE. That is, in total, investors have made a profit of 75.49 percent on its listing.

The issue of Highway Infrastructure Limited closed on August 7, 2025. The IPO received strong response from investors. It received 300.61 times the subscription in total. The IPO received bids for 4.82 crore shares against the offer of 1.60 crore shares.

Part of qualified institutional buyers (QIBS) received 420.57 times subscription. For this, dialects were received for 96.43 crore shares against the reserved 22.92 lakh shares. Domestic financial institutions including banks, financial institutions and insurance companies in QIB led a strong demand with a bid of 40.31 crore more shares.

After this, foreign institutional investors (FII) finished second and third respectively along with bid for 38.31 crore shares and 17.70 crore shares.

It was also in great demand in non-institutional investors (NII) category. In this category, it received 447.32 times subscription. At the same time, it received 155.58 times subscription from Retail Investors (RIIS).

Narendra Solanki, the research head of Anand Rathi, says that till May 31, 2025, the order book of the company was Rs 6,663.0 million. Of these, Rs 595.3 million from the tollway collection segment and Rs 6,067.8 million from EPC Infra Division. He said, “Looking at the current gray market premium, we hope that the company will be listed at the premium from its issue price.”

What will the company do for IPO money?
