On Friday (July 18) in Haryana’s Hisar district, 16 -year -old Dalit Kishore Ganesh finally was cremated. This was done when the state government accepted all the demands of his family. On July 7, the family was constantly sitting on a dharna and demanding justice for the death of Ganesh, found dead under suspicious circumstances.

Finally, after the government met the demands, he was cremated on the afternoon of 18 July. During this, Haryana Government Minister Krishna Kumar Bedi and local MLA Randhir Panihar were also present on the spot.

What was the demand of the family?

The family demanded that there should be a fair investigation into Ganesh’s death, an FIR of murder should be lodged, strict action should be taken against the culprits and a member of the family should be given a government job.
Based on the complaint of Ganesh’s father Vikram Kumar, a case has been registered against unknown persons under sections of murder and SC/ST Atrocities Prevention Act.

Earlier, when the police went to stop the music playing in a loud voice at a birthday party in the colony on July 7, Ganesh died in suspicious circumstances.

What was the role of minister and administration?

Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Krishna Kumar Bedi himself reached the dharna site on July 18 and assured the family that all their demands have been accepted. He told reporters that on the basis of the complaint made by the family, an FIR has been lodged and the matter will be investigated in a fair manner. The minister said that the innocent needs to be afraid, but the guilty will not be spared.

How long was this picket going on?

Since the death of Ganesh, the family and some members of the Dalit community were sitting on a dharna for the last 11 days. The family also refused to take the body till the administration was compromised. But on July 18, when the government accepted their demands, the body was taken and the funeral was completed. This case had become an issue of sensitivity not only in Hisar but in the whole of Haryana.

Please tell that during the police action on 7 July, Ganesh died in suspicious circumstances. According to PTI, a case has been registered in the FIR under the section of murder and the SC/ST Act and the funeral was done only after all the demands from the government.

In Hisar, Haryana, in the case of death of a minor under suspicious circumstances, now there is a consensus between the family and the administration about some demands. With this, the last rites of the deceased minor will be performed after about 10-11 days.

In fact, the 16 -year -old minor died on 7 July last, when the police came to close the loudspeaker in a residential area late at night. The family of the deceased had alleged that the policemen had killed him and until he would not have action, he will not cremate the son’s body. However, now preparations are being made for the funeral after consent in the conversation with the administration.

Charanjeet Channi demands CBI investigation
Former Punjab Chief Minister and Congress MP Charanjit Singh Channi reached Hisar on Thursday (July 17). Here he demanded a CBI inquiry into the death of the deceased minor. According to sources, the government has agreed on the demand of the family that a case should be registered on their complaint. At the same time, a member of the family of the deceased will also be given a job.

After the arrival of the police, the youth started running away
Charanjit Singh Channi said that the last rites are likely to be held on Friday. The police had earlier said that when they reached the spot on 7 July to ask the music players to close it, some people attacked them. Some youths climbed on the roof of the house and some suddenly jumped. People who fell from the roof were rushed to the hospital for treatment, but the 16 -year -old teenager died.

These allegations were made on the police
The families of these youths had earlier claimed that the police was chasing everyone on the roof. The minor who died was beaten first and then pushed. Castes were said to be abusive and his family members were also attacked. However, the police denied these allegations.

Rahul Gandhi raised the issue
On Thursday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raised the issue and alleged that the oppression given to the family of the minor on seeking justice exposes the ugly face of the ‘Manuwadi’ system of BJP-RSS which discriminates against Dalits.

Channi targeted BJP government
In Hisar, Charanjeet Channi met the family of the minor and met the people sitting on the dharna. He alleged that the minor was brutally dragged and beaten to death by the police, while many others were seriously injured. At the same time, while attacking the BJP government, Channi said that instead of getting justice, the BJP government is registering a case against its mournful family.

He further said, “The principal had asked the children to cut hair and maintain discipline. The body of the principal has been sent to Hisar for post -mortem. The investigation of the case is going on.”

Hisar News: Air travel is going to be easier for the people of Haryana. Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini will launch the new domestic flight service starting from Hisar Airport on June 9 to Chandigarh. This historical initiative will strengthen regional connectivity and will also make people’s journey easier.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently inaugurated Hisar Airport. This airport is being developed as a large aviation hub for Haryana, so that different parts of the state will be connected to major cities of the country. Review of the preparations for the program

The administration is fully engaged to conduct this important program of state Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini successfully. On Friday, Additional Deputy Commissioner C. Jayashradha visited the airport and reviewed all the preparations. He instructed the officials that security, traffic management, parking, convenience of passengers and all other necessary arrangements should be completed on time.

Flight will leave from Hisar Airport at 04:55 pm

Additional Deputy Commissioner C. Jayashradha informed that on June 9, the flight of Alliance Airlines will leave from Hisar Airport at 04:55 pm and reach Chandigarh at 6 pm. This flight service will provide the option of fast, safe and comfortable travel to common people. Tickets will be available online on the airline website.

With the introduction of direct air service between Hisar to Chandigarh, not only will the passengers facilitate, but through it, regional trade, education and health services will also gain momentum. The aim of the government is that Hisar should be connected to other major cities of the country by making him a major air center of the state.
