The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has registered another case against Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, who lives in the US. It is alleged that Pannu had announced a reward for those who stopped Prime Minister Narendra Modi from hoisting the tricolor on the Red Fort on Independence Day this year and tried to spread dissatisfaction against India in the Sikh community.

According to NIA’s FIR, Pannu is the general counsel of the banned organization ‘Sikhs for Justice’ (SFJ). At an event organized at the Lahore Press Club in Pakistan on August 10, Pannu issued a video message saying that the Sikh soldiers who will stop the Prime Minister from hoisting the tricolor at the Red Fort will be given a reward of Rs 11 crore. Meanwhile, he also released a new map of Khalistan, in which Punjab, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh were shown.

Pannu and SFJ started organization against India

The FIR also mentions that Pannu and SFJ announced to create an organization called ‘Shaheed Jatha’ to intensify activities against India. The agency says that it has video proof and strong information in this regard.

The NIA has registered this FIR under the illegal activities (prevention) Act (UAPA) and other sections of Indian law. In this, along with Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, some unknown people have also been accused. This step was taken following the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

What did the Ministry of Home Affairs say?

The Ministry of Home Affairs said that Pannu challenged India’s sovereignty and propagated Khalistan and tried to deny India’s authority over Punjab. The investigation of this case has been handed over to the NIA so that all aspects of this conspiracy related to national and international level can be detected.

Investigation revealed that voter ID card (including EPIC number) has been made in the name of these two Pakistani women. After the report of the Special Branch, there was a stir in administrative circles. Special Branch SP has sought a detailed investigation report from DM Naval Kishore Chaudhary and SSP of Bhagalpur. DM confirmed that the process of removing the names of both Pakistani women from the voter list has started.

Who are these Pakistani citizens?
According to the investigation report, the woman of Firdausia Khanam, whose husband’s name is Mo. Tafjil Ahmed is). She hails from Rangpur and came to India on a three -month visa on 19 January 1956. The second woman’s name is Imrana Khanam alias Imrana Khatoon. His father’s name is Ibatul Hasan. She also came to India on a three -year visa. Apart from these, a Pakistani citizen named Mohammad Aslam came to India on 24 May 2002 on a two -year visa and he too has got Aadhaar card made. These three citizens have been living in India for a long time and were staying here even after the visa period ended.
