A new research has shown that people who have recovered from cancer adopt the right catering and exercise habits by the American Cancer Society (ACS), they can make their age longer and better.</p>
<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">This study is published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. It was told that those who do not smoke and adopt the healthy lifestyle guidelines of ACS after recovering from cancer, reduce the risk of death from heart disease and cancer.</p>

These people were suffering from those types of cancer that are attached to obesity, such as stomach, intestine, liver, breast, uterus and blood cancer. Among those who followed the guideline closely, the risk of death was 24% less due to any reason. Due to this, the risk of death from heart disease was found to be 33% and the risk of death from cancer was reduced by 21%.</p>
