How are the symptoms of hemorrhoids?

Piles are of two types. They have the first bloody hemorrhoids, in which the pain is less, but bleeding. The second is a bad piles, in which there is no bleeding. However, the problem of constipation, pain and swelling is very high. According to the Indian Journal of Medical Research (2024), constipation, low fiber diet, long sitting, and lack of water causes a problem of hemorrhoids.

How to fix piles without surgery?

According to Baba Ramdev, piles can be cured without surgery by changing Ayurveda and lifestyle. He claims that tips are based on natural herbs and yoga, which strengthen the digestive system and relieve constipation.

Milk and lemon mixture

Baba Ramdev has described the combination of milk and lemon as a panacea for piles. For this, on an empty stomach in the morning, squeeze a lemon in a cup of lukewarm milk and drink it immediately. Milk should be of cow, because buffalo milk is hot and problems can increase. Do not use the cold milk of the fridge. Cool milk in a natural way. Vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties present in lemon reduce inflammation, while milk improves digestion. Baba Ramdev claims that consuming it for 3-7 days provides relief in bloody and bad piles.

Banana and Desi Kapoor

According to Baba Ramdev, the combination of Banana and Desi Kapoor is effective for hemorrhoids, fisher and fistula. Take a small piece of ripe banana, add gram -shaped desi camphor (Bhimseni). Swallow it without chewing it. Try this process for 3 days on an empty stomach in the morning. Camphor has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, which reduce inflammation and irritation of the anal. Banana gives fiber, which relieves constipation. Baba Ramdev claims that this recipe eliminates hemorrhoids from the root in 3 days.

Nagdon leaves

Baba Ramdev has described the leaves of Nagdon (Nagamani) as the best for hemorrhoids. Chew 3-5 leaves of Nagdon on an empty stomach in the morning. Take them regularly for 3-7 days. Nagadon leaves have properties such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and fiber, which improve digestion and reduce inflammation of warts. Baba Ramdev says that this remedy can stop bleeding from day one and gives complete relief in a week.

Triphala powder

Baba Ramdev considers Triphala powder to be very effective for constipation and hemorrhoids. Take one teaspoon of Triphala powder with lukewarm water before going to bed at night. Do this regularly for 40-45 days. Triphala made of Harad, Bahera and Amla cleans the digestive system. This relieves constipation and strengthens the intestines. It also helps in reducing piles warts. It is worth noting that taking more Triphala can cause diarrhea.

Figry intake

Baba Ramdev has described figs as effective for hemorrhoids. For this, soak 2-3 dried figs in water at night. Eat them on an empty stomach in the morning and 4-5 in the evening. Do this process continuously for 8-10 days. Figs have a lot of fiber, which softens the stool and makes the stool easier. This reduces the pain and swelling of piles.
