In the message, Jio has advised its users to avoid downloading third-party apps. The company said that Jio representatives will never ask you to download third-party apps. In such a situation, if someone asks you to download a third-party app on message or call, then be careful.

Be careful of suspicious links

Jio said that the company never sends such links to customers, which open outside My Jio app or Jio.com. Therefore, be careful of unknown links opening somewhere else.

If someone comes to you posing as a representative of Jio and makes attractive offers, then do not get lured.
