But there are many of us who are not able to sleep enough. In such a situation, there is a risk of various problems. According to the Casper-Galop State of Sleep in the US report, about 84 million American adults i.e. 33% of people call their sleep quality right or poor. At the same time, this percentage increases to 38% for youth. There are many reasons for sleeping quality of sleep, including screentime.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Using mobile while sleeping makes sleep bad</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Recently a new Norwegian study has found that if you use mobile phones at bedtime, it affects the quality of sleep. The study states that the use of screen per hour increases the risk of insomnia by 59%. That is, if you use a mobile phone for 1 hour at bedtime, then the sleep duration reduces 24 minutes.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Research involved youth</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The study included 45,202 young adults aged 18 to 28 years and their effects on various types of screen activity and sleep were examined. The full result of this study has been published on 31 March in Frontiers in Psychiatry. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>How to improve sleep quality</strong></p>
