Check the power source

If the mouse is plug-in and still not working then check the USB port. If it is not working in one port, then try it in another port. Many times they do not work properly due to garbage or dust and dust in the USB port.

update driver

The mouse requires small pieces of software to communicate from the computer, called the driver. Usually, they do not need to update them, but sometimes there is a problem. In such a situation, update or reinstall the drivers. This will make the mouse work.
