If even one of these is deficient, the brain goes into &#8216;Gotham mode&#8217;. Stress, numb hands and legs, tingling all come for free.&#8221;</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Dr. Kaushal explains that some groups already fall in the risk zone. He says that if symptoms persist but the report is normal, then testing for MMA, homocysteine ​​or active B12 is necessary. He said, &#8220;Many times tablets do not work and injections are required.
