TCS Nashik Case: A case related to TCS’s Nashik branch is in discussion these days, in which some serious allegations have been made. According to the allegations, objectionable comments regarding religion, sexual exploitation and religious conversion are coming to the fore. At present this whole matter is in the headlines and many questions are being raised on it. The police is busy in its investigation.

Serious things coming out in the investigation

According to police sources, the complainants have given information about a network in which some senior staff and an HR manager are said to be involved. Investigation has also revealed that the accused were part of the training team and had complete information about the newly joined employees.

On the basis of this information, they used to choose such people who have financial problems or there is some kind of dispute going on in their family. After these facts revealed in the investigation, the whole matter is being considered more serious.

This is how the plan was executed

Investigation has revealed that during the training session, objectionable things were said about Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Whenever an employee was hurt over these things, the alleged accused HR manager Nida Khan would contact him and try to win his trust.

Investigating agencies say that gradually pressure was put on the person to bring changes in his thinking, lifestyle and dressing style. In one case, a woman was so influenced by these things that she fought with her family and removed the pictures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses kept in the house. So far seven people have been detained in this case. Which includes Asif Ansari, Shafi Shaikh, Shahrukh Qureshi, Raza Memon and Tausif Atta.

Indications received from WhatsApp group

Investigation has revealed that the accused allegedly used to talk about ‘targets’ through a WhatsApp group. According to sources, not only the identity of people but also religious ideas and things going on within the company were discussed in this group.
