As much as food is for the stomach, sleep is even more important for the eyes, but in today’s time, people ignore such an important thing as sleep, which can prove to be very fatal for their health.

Sleeping late and taking only 5-6 hours of sleep has become a kind of norm these days. “Hustle culture” also has a big role in this, which promotes working more by taking less sleep. It is very important to be dedicated towards work, but it is not at all right to compromise your sleep for this.

Let us know the opinion of experts

Dr. Prashant MakhijaConsultant Neurologist, Wockhardt, explains that “During sleep, our brain clears the day’s waste (waste) and resets things related to memory, learning and emotions, as well as regulates hormones related to hunger, metabolism and stress in the body, but when sleep is reduced, the body’s balance starts getting disturbed, due to which, due to this, fatigue, lack of concentration, irritability and slow thinking speed occur throughout the day. It is possible that lack of sleep also affects the heart, blood pressure and immune system. Prolonged lack of sleep can lead to problems like high blood pressure, diabetes and excessive stress.

Dr. Dipesh Pimpale According to, “The human body works like a clock, which signals us when it’s time to sleep. 7–8 hours of sleep plays an important role in keeping the body in balance and preparing for the next day, but when sleep is reduced, the brain feels tired and it becomes difficult to perform daily tasks. Due to this, people can have problems like mood swings and headaches. Also, it has a direct effect on the body’s ability to handle stress and hormones. It also affects the capacity of

Dr. Aniruddha Vasant More According to , our brain uses sleep to function properly. When we sleep, the brain processes memories and helps to store energy again, so when someone does not get the required amount of sleep, the brain is unable to function properly, due to which the speed of thinking slows down, attention becomes weak and it becomes a habit to forget things. At the same time, if a person follows the routine of sleeping at the same time every day, then he gets good sleep and feels more active, balanced and productive.

From Struggle to Success: A mechanical engineering diploma holder has shared his inspiring story, which has motivated thousands of people on social media. In a post made on Reddit, this person told how he went from a job of ₹ 21,000 per month to earning ₹ 1–2 crore annually and closing huge deals worth crores of rupees.

The user wrote that they wanted to share how “the system” works and how they inadvertently discovered a way to defeat it.

First job and struggle

Recalling his first job, the diploma holder wrote that after the Covid-19 pandemic, the job market was completely at a standstill and there was no option. Then under compulsion he agreed to work as a “Document Executive” in a financial firm. Despite working hard, his salary increased only from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 in four and a half years.

turning point of life

The biggest change in his life came when he met a chartered accountant. That CA offered him to bring funding cases independently, which were processed through the network and the earnings were divided 50-50. The user wrote, “I am writing this because five years ago I was standing in the rain with a bag full of documents and crying because I could not afford to buy a good raincoat. Today I run my own firm and handle deals worth hundreds of crores.

Where is this person today?

He further wrote, “The market doesn’t care about your degree. It doesn’t matter to him whether you can do the work or not. Today I am a full-time financial consultant. I handle complex debt instruments like project funding, equity funding, M&A investments and high-ticket B2B loans.” Not only this, he has now forayed into commercial real estate as well.

Reaction on social media

The success story went viral on social media, due to which users are praising the hard work and passion of this person. One user wrote, great story brother, very inspiring and motivating. Another user wrote, we never know that a small decision, a small step, can take our lives towards a better and fruitful future. A third user commented, I also want to try my luck; If you need any tech or software development project then let us know.

The stress of the office is constantly changing lifestyle and harsel culture, that is, its effect is clearly visible on the health of the younger generation. Especially in women, its direct impact is falling on pre-meinstrual syndrome coming before the period. Doctors also believe that today’s generation i.e. Jane Ji and Millennials are facing more serious and toxic PMS than their mothers.

What is PMS and why is the problem increasing

The PMS starts about 1 to 2 weeks before the period. In this, mood swings, fatigue, irritability, appetite and change in sleep are faced. Surveys show that about 75% of women of reproductive age are affected by this. But one in every five woman is so serious that it affects everyday life.

Husler culture and stress hit

Doctors believe that the pressure to continuously work, awaken late night and perform at all times spoils the hormonal balance of women. Many experts also suggest that the cortisol level of the body remains up when stress increases, which affects the nervous system and increases the symptoms of PMS. Apart from this, high cortisol directly affects estrogen and protestorone, due to which PMS starts to bother more.

Workplace and Social Pressure

Many women believe that PMS is not taken seriously at the workplace. Experts say that taking leave from work in case of problems many times is considered weakness. In such a situation, women keep pressing the symptoms and the situation worsens. Experts also say that if not paying attention in time, it can change in a serious condition like PMDD i.e. premenstrual dysforic disorder. At the same time, the new generation is openly talking about PMS than mothers, but due to lifestyle and stress, the same symptoms now look more serious.
