Ujjwal Nikam has recently claimed a shocking claim about bomb blasts in Mumbai and Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt during a recent interview during an interview and nominated member nominated for Rajya Sabha. Ujjwal Nikam, who was a special government lawyer in several high-profile terrorist cases including the 1993 bomb blasts, said during an interview to NDTV, “Abu Salem had brought a van laden with arms to Sanjay Dutt’s house a day before the bomb blast. The actor had picked up some hand grenades and guns in it, although he had kept only a single-47 gun and the other. Had the police informed the weapon -laden van, the police would investigate and the bomb blast in Mumbai could be stopped on 12 March 1993. ”

Sanjay Dutt was arrested under TADA
He further said, “Not to inform the police caused the reason for the execution of such a big terrorist attack. However, he was later convicted only under the Arms Act and was sentenced to five years in jail. The actor completed this punishment in Yerwada Jail in Pune. He was released in 2016.

Nikam also told during the interview that when Sanjay Dutt was convicted under the Arms Act, what did he say to him. Nikam said, “I saw his gestures changing. I felt that he was in shock. He was unable to tolerate the decision and his face was shaken. I told Sanjay Dutt standing in the witness box, ‘Sanjay don’t do this. Do not do this. The media is watching you. You are an actor. If you seem to be afraid of punishment, people will be convicted. In response, Dutt said “G Sir, G Sir” and after that he was silent and left.

Nikam told Sanjay Dutt innocent
Nikam also claimed that Sanjay Dutt is innocent. He kept the gun only because he was fond of weapons. Although he committed a crime in the eyes of the law, but actually he is a straightforward person, Sanjay had AK-47, but he never used it.
