JEE Advanced, which is considered to be the country’s most difficult engineering exam, Akshat Chaurasia of Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh) has surprised everyone by securing All India rank 6. Akshat, who studied with two years of hard work and dedication in Kota, proved that if the intention is strong and the atmosphere is right, then no place is far away.

The story of Akshat’s studies is not just about JEE. He scored 97.2% in 10th and 97% in 12th. The special thing is that he has secured 100 out of 100 marks in both Maths and Chemistry in 12th. It is clear from this that the foundation of Akshat has been strong from the beginning.

JEE Main also had a great performance
Before JEE Advanced Akshat achieved All India Rank 72 in JEE Main 2025. This journey was not easy, but Akshat’s hard work and smart strategy gave him success at every point.

The right atmosphere of studies in Kota
Akshat told that when he came in the top 25 in the Talentax exam, he came to Kota for the first time. It was here that he realized that Kota is not just a city, but the dream flight of students. Akshat said that there is a passion for studies in every street here. Every student takes inspiration by looking at each other. If I do not come to the quota, then perhaps may not reach this rank today.

Family’s strong support
Akshat’s mother Vaishali Chaurasia stayed with her in Kota. She used to take full care of the son as a housewife. Akshat said that being with Mummy, I not only got emotional support, but I remained mentally stable. This is very important during preparation. His father Manoj Kumar Chaurasia is in a government job. Akshat’s elder sister Triplei has done B.Tech from Bhagalpur and she continuously guided Akshat.

teachers and preparation method
Akshat believes that coaching teachers played a big role in their journey. He said that my teachers taught me with full hard work and dedication. Study materials and modules gave direction to my preparation.
