Various types of discussions have been spreading for the last several days regarding the health of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. No one knows whether they are okay or not and this uncertain situation has created tension in the entire country. Now his sister Noreen Niazi has openly expressed her displeasure and described the current condition of Pakistan as very dangerous.

Noreen says that Pakistan is going through a phase which reminds her of Hitler’s reign. According to him, the situation has become so dire that civilians are being disappeared without any information and Army Chief Asim Munir is running the country “like a dictator”.

Noreen Niazi’s allegation – not even allowed to meet for four weeks

Noreen told that the family has been continuously trying to meet Imran Khan for the last four weeks, but the jail administration is not allowing anyone to meet him. According to him, when the family does not even get a glimpse of anyone or receive any information, it is natural for rumors to spread. He said that this situation is creating deep apprehension in the minds of people whether something untoward has happened to Imran Khan. It also came to light that PTI leaders were also stopped outside the jail and were not even allowed inside.

Never seen such atrocities in Pakistan before – Noreen’s pain

Noreen Niazi described the treatment meted out to Imran Khan in jail as a blatant violation of law and human rights. He said that according to the jail manual, any prisoner can be kept in isolation for a maximum of four days, but Imran Khan was kept alone for several weeks last year. According to him, during that time even electricity was cut off, he was not even allowed to read books and this time too the same situation is being repeated. He said that no one knows what is going on inside. This oppression has crossed its limits.

Late night on Wednesday (26 November 2025) in Pakistan, the news suddenly started spreading on social media that the condition of former Prime Minister and PTI founder Imran Khan is very bad or he has died. Within no time, this rumor spread so rapidly that thousands of people gathered outside Adiala Jail and there was a stir in the entire country. PTI workers started emergency demonstrations in Rawalpindi, Peshawar and many cities.

Amidst the increasing pressure of rumours, the jail administration had to issue an official statement. Officials say that Imran Khan is completely healthy in jail and there is no threat to his safety. The administration also clarified that Imran has not been taken to any other place and the news circulating on social media is completely fabricated.

PTI’s allegation

Despite the statement of the jail administration, PTI leaders claim that Imran Khan has been secretly shifted to some other place. He says that for many days neither the family is being allowed inside nor the lawyers are being allowed to meet him. For this reason, a big rally has been organized in Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has announced to meet Imran.

Bushra Bibi’s old allegations behind spreading rumors

The allegations made earlier by Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi are also being held responsible for making the atmosphere more tense. After coming out of jail, he had said that a plan was made to poison Imran Khan and Army Chief Asim Munir wanted to eliminate him. These statements had already created deep doubts in the minds of people, due to which this rumor spread very fast.

Imran Khan’s supporters are constantly asking that if he is healthy then why is there a ban on meetings. The silence of the government and the army on what is happening inside the jail has further deepened the doubts of PTI supporters. Imran Khan’s arrest, court case, conflict with the army and now rumors of death have destabilized Pakistan’s politics.
