USA bowlers surprised every Indian at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. Team India, adorned with explosive batsmen, looked desperate to score one run each against USA. On one side, wickets were falling continuously and the run speed was also very slow, while on the other side, captain Suryakumar Yadav became a rock. At first he gave respect to the USA bowlers, but in the end he played his natural shots and took the team’s score beyond 150. At one time it seemed that Team India would not be able to reach even 125, but Suryakumar played an unbeaten inning of 84 runs and took India’s score to 161.

The USA team, consisting of players of Indian origin, performed better than expected. It was clearly visible that he had faced a strong team like India with full preparation. All the star batsmen had returned to the pavilion, but something different was going on in the mind of Suryakumar Yadav. Suryakumar Yadav played an amazing inning of 84 runs in just 49 balls. During this, Surya hit 10 fours and 4 sixes. Akshar Patel scored 14 runs in 11 balls with the help of two fours.

Harmeet Singh and Shadley Van Schalkwyk bowled brilliantly for USA. Shadley Van Schalkwyk took 4 wickets for 25 runs in 4 overs. Whereas Harmeet took two wickets for 26 runs in 4 overs. Mohammad Mohsin gave only 16 runs in 4 overs and took one wicket.
