US-Iran War: The ongoing war between the US and Iran is increasingly affecting India. Due to which inflation is increasing every day in some way or the other. Recently the prices of ATF (Aviation Turbine Fuel) have increased. Whose impact is visible on the aviation industry. Due to which airlines are now planning to cut flights.

Air India flights canceled
According to ET reports, Air India has decided to reduce its daily flights. At present, Air India operates 11,00 flights daily including international and domestic. Now according to the new decision, it has been decided to cancel the flights of 100 of these flights, this curtailment is going to last till June.

Pakistan is also the reason for the gap
In fact, due to increase in fuel prices, Pakistan’s airspace is also closed these days. Due to which, many flights from Europe, North America, Australia and Singapore flying from India have to pass through long routes, which is not only consuming more fuel but also increasing the crew expenses. Due to this also this decision has been taken.

ATF increased again on Friday
Let us tell you that on Friday, the price of ATF i.e. Aviation Turbine Fuel in Delhi has increased from Rs 1,36,082 to Rs 1,43,335 per kilolitre. This increase for the second consecutive month is 5.33 percent. Due to which it is affecting flights also. Earlier on Monday, the Federation of Indian Airlines (FIA), representing IndiGo, Air India and SpiceJet, had warned that if the government does not take steps to reduce the cost burden, the services will remain suspended.
