Shiv Sena UBT Chief Uddhav Thackeray is coming to Delhi to be a part of the India Alliance meeting. Uddhav Thackeray will remain in Delhi from 6 to 8 August. Uddhav faction Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut said that Rahul Gandhi has given special invitation to Uddhav Thackeray to attend the meeting.

Sanjay Raut claims that Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi wants Uddhav Thackeray to reach the India alliance meeting. In the meeting, Uddhav Thackeray is going to discuss issues like imposing Hindi language in Maharashtra.

In fact, Rahul Gandhi has been continuously accusing irregularities in the Maharashtra assembly elections. In such a situation, this issue may also arise in the meeting of India Alliance.

Uddhav Thackeray will meet other members of the coalition
Sanjay Raut said, ‘Uddhav Thackeray will stay in Delhi from 6 to 8 August. He will discuss all issues there. He will be present there for the India alliance meeting. Uddhav Thackeray’s ‘India’ constituents are also expected to meet during the visit to Delhi.

Before the monsoon session of Parliament, the opposition parties are trying to form a strategy to surround the central government. The Congress has called an important meeting of the India alliance on 19 July, which will be led by Sonia Gandhi. The purpose of this meeting is to show the unity of the opposition and make a common strategy against the government. Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray will also attend this important meeting.

Trying Congress – bringing all opposition parties on one platform
The Congress is trying to bring all opposition parties together in the meeting. There is a plan to seek response from the government in Parliament by consenting on shared issues. However, due to the increasing distance between the Congress and AAP (Aam Aadmi Party) after the Delhi elections, ‘AAP’ is considered to be away from this meeting.

The monsoon session of Parliament is starting from July 21. Before that, the opposition wants to unite to surround the government. The Congress has already raised questions about the special revision of the voter list before the Bihar assembly elections and now there are signs of raising this issue in the monsoon session.

The reason for this distance is being considered as mutual mistrust and different electoral strategy.

Before the civic elections in Maharashtra, the big question is what will happen to the alliance of opposition parties? Amid speculation, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief and former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray said that before the local body elections, the meeting of India Alliance is more important than Mahavikas Aghadi (MVA).

He insisted, “India coalition has not met after the Lok Sabha elections. I want to meet as soon as possible. There are elections in Bihar, elections will be held in other states too, we also have body elections here.

In Maharashtra, Congress, Sharad Pawar’s NCP (SP) and Shiv Sena (UBT) alliance are named Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA). MVA fought the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections together.

Why the question on the alliance arising?

Now Uddhav Thackeray’s party is going to alliance with Raj Thackeray with MNS. In such a situation, questions are arising whether MVA will be? Will the Congress go to the field with Thackeray Brothers?

These questions started to rise faster when Thackeray Brothers appeared on one platform after 20 years on July 5. During this, Uddhav Thackeray said in front of Raj Thackeray that he will contest the upcoming elections together. Supriya Sule was present on this platform from NCP (SP). At the same time, the Congress remained away from this march.

The Congress had recently indicated that it could enter the civic elections alone. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut also said that India alliance was for the Lok Sabha elections and MVA was for the assembly. This was not an alliance for the local election.

Sharad Pawar’s party NCP (SP) has not yet cleared its stand regarding the alliance in the civic elections.
