The Sri Lankan MP has urged the Parliament of his country not to take the impact of American charges on India lightly and he emphasized that India is the only country which provided significant assistance to Sri Lanka during the worst economic crisis.

India hoped that the fee would be less up to 15 percent and we expected the same.”
