On the very next ball of Abhishek’s dismissal, Ishan Kishan started counter-attacking the Pakistani bowlers and hitting big shots. He had completed his half-century in 27 balls. In the match he played an innings of 77 runs in 40 balls. Ishaan not only scored runs quickly but also took full advantage of the powerplay.

Varun Chakraborty- The tag of ‘Mystery Spinner’ fits Varun Chakraborty perfectly. This bowler knows how to take the match out of such situations where the opposing team is dominating. Even against Pakistan, he took 2 wickets giving only 17 runs in 3 overs. He destroyed all the hopes of Pakistan’s comeback by taking the wickets of Faheem Ashraf and Abrar Ahmed in two consecutive balls.

Hardik Pandya- Hardik Pandya, who came to bat, was out on the very first ball of his innings. But he compensated for this in bowling. After that, in the very next over, Jasprit Bumrah wreaked havoc on Pakistani batting. Bumrah broke the back of Pakistani batting by dismissing Sam Ayub and Salman Agha in the same over.

Babar Azam once again proved that he does not deserve a place in the T20 team. Babar scored only 5 runs. Usman Khan scored 44 runs, while Shaheen Afridi returned unbeaten after scoring 23 runs. The condition of Pakistan team was so bad that apart from Usman and Shaheen, none of the batsmen of Pakistan team could even touch the mark of 20 runs.
