Weather 29 March: Various parts of the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari are seeing diversity in the weather. There is some relief from the heat in North India, while the pre-monsoon stir is starting in the south. At the same time, there is snowfall and rain in the hilly areas due to western disturbances.

The level of pollution in Delhi remains in the ‘poor’ category. The Air Quality Index (AQI) 263 was recorded at 7 pm on Friday (28 March). Meteorologists believe that increasing the wind speed may cause a slight decline in the level of pollution, but the situation will take time to become completely normal.

Weather patterns in UP and Rajasthan

There is a possibility of light rain with thunderstorms in the western parts of Uttar Pradesh, while the eastern parts may be cloudy. At the same time, the weather will be dry in Chennai at the moment and it will not affect the IPL match.

Snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal

Due to the effect of western disturbance, snowfall and rain continued in Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh. On Friday (March 28), many areas including Srinagar received snowfall, which led to a drop in temperature and increased cold. Its effect was seen in the plains, which has given some relief from the heat.
