India expressed protest over the firing on ships
Here, India gave a strong message to Iran regarding the attack on Indian oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz. Officials had said that on Saturday, two Indian crude oil ships named Jag Arnav and Sanmar Herald were fired upon by the Iranian Navy. During this time the glass of the cabin of a ship was broken.

After the action of two ships, India expressed strong protest to the Ambassador of Iran.

Here, India made it clear to Iran regarding this incident that such action will have consequences. At the same time, differences have also been seen between Iran and IRGC regarding the incident. IRGC is planning to pay toll tax on ships leaving Hormuz, while India has refused to pay any such toll. India has lodged a strong protest after this incident. India expressed its displeasure by summoning Iran’s ambassador in New Delhi. Called this action unacceptable. Here, Indian officials have clearly said that this action of IRGC is being taken seriously. India stands in favor of free and safe navigation in this route.
