Upcoming IPO in India November: This week many companies are launching their Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indian stock market. Which mainly includes 4 mainboard companies and 2 SME segment companies.

Investors are also eagerly waiting for these IPOs. In the last few days, there has been an influx of IPOs in the stock market. IPOs of many well-known companies have come in the market. Now, the focus of investors will be on these upcoming IPOs.

1. PhysicsWallah IPO

The much talked about IPO of Alakh Pandey’s company PhysicsWallah is opening on 11th November. Investors will be able to place their bids till November 13. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 103 to Rs 109 per share. Also, 37 shares have been kept in one lot. Which means, retail investors will have to make a lump sum investment of at least Rs 14,933.

2. Tenneco Clean Air IPO

The IPO of Tenneco Clean Air company will be open for investors between 11 and 13 November. The company has fixed the price band between Rs 378 to Rs 397 per share. The company is planning to raise Rs 3600 crore through IPO.

3. Emmvee Photovoltaic IPO

The IPO of Emmvee Photovoltaic Company is opening on 11th November. Investors can place bets on it till 13th November. The price band per share has been fixed by the company between Rs 206 and Rs 217.

4. Apart from this, investors can place their bets in the shares of Workmates Core2Cloud and Mahamaya Lifesciences companies.

Midwest IPO News: Next week on October 15, the initial public offer (IPO) of Midwest Limited, a quartz manufacturing company for solar glass and engineered stone industry, is coming in the Indian stock market. For this, the price band has been fixed by the company. The price band of the company’s shares has been fixed between Rs 1014 and Rs 1065. The company plans to raise Rs 451 crore through IPO.

The face value of the company’s shares is Rs 5. Investors can bet on the IPO between October 15 and October 17. At the same time, October 14 has been fixed for anchor investors. In this IPO, the company will issue fresh shares worth Rs 250 crore and offer for sale worth Rs 201 crore. However, initially the size of the company IPO was fixed at Rs 650 crore. But the company reduced the offer for sale portion to Rs 201 crore. Which was earlier fixed at Rs 400 crore.

The company has reserved shares for retail investors.

The company has kept 35 percent of the total offer size for retail investors. However, Midwest Limited is preparing to give 50 percent of its total offer to qualified institutional buyers. 15 percent share will be issued to non-institutional investors. Keeping in mind its employees, the company has also reserved shares worth up to Rs 1 crore.
