Indians invested Rs 84 thousand crores

In the first half of this year, the investment figure in Dubai increased to 431 billion dirhams, which shows an increase of 25 percent at the annual level. During this period, investors had invested about 35 billion dirhams, i.e. more than Rs 84 thousand crores.

According to Times of India, there was a sharp jump in inquiries and bookings from India in Diwali 2024. Dubai property companies offered offers like 1 percent monthly payment plan. Between 2015 and 2023, Indians have invested more than 120 billion dirhams here. Investors are not only from big cities, the share of people from small cities is also increasing.

The biggest reason for investing in property in Dubai is tax-free. There is no income tax of any kind in Dubai. Besides, property tax and capital gains tax also do not have to be paid. This is why, many investors are preferring to invest in Dubai.
