Announcement of travel voucher of Rs 10000

Meanwhile, with operations gradually becoming stable, IndiGo said that the company will give a travel voucher of Rs 10,000 to all those passengers whose flights were canceled or delayed for a long time during December 3-5. The voucher can be used for flights in the next 12 months.

“This compensation is in addition to the commitment under the existing government guidelines, according to which, IndiGo will provide compensation of Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000, depending on the block time of the flight, to those customers whose flights are canceled within 24 hours of the departure time,” the statement said.
