A very painful incident has come to light from Indore, where an attempt to feed jaggery to an elephant cost the life of an auto driver. Within a few seconds, this moment that started with love turned into screaming. The elephant suddenly became uncontrollable and attacked the auto driver in such a way that the seriously injured person died during treatment. The entire incident was captured in the CCTV camera installed nearby, the video of which is now going viral on social media.

The elephant got angry after being fed jaggery

This incident took place in Rajnagar of Chandan Nagar police station area of ​​Indore. The deceased has been identified as 49-year-old Vijay Laxmanrao Holkar, who was an auto rickshaw driver by profession. According to the information, some sadhus had reached Indore with an elephant from Ujjain to participate in an auspicious program of the Jain community. The elephant was present in Rajnagar at around 4.30 pm on Saturday evening. Meanwhile, Vijay reached the elephant and started feeding it jaggery. Then suddenly the elephant became furious and wrapped Vijay in its trunk and threw him hard on the ground.

He placed his foot on his chest and died in the hospital.

According to eyewitnesses, after knocking down Vijay, the elephant also stepped on his chest, due to which he was seriously injured. The people present nearby somehow freed him from the clutches of the elephant and immediately took him to the district hospital. When his condition became critical, he was referred to MY Hospital, but his family took him to a private hospital, where he died during treatment. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the entire area due to this tragic accident.

The entire incident of the accident was recorded in the CCTV cameras installed in the area. After the video surfaced, it is becoming increasingly viral on social media. Here, Chandan Nagar police has established a path in the case and started investigation. The police have arrested the elephant’s mahout and are investigating what security arrangements were in place at the time of the accident and why the elephant suddenly went out of control.
