Due to which you will not be able to continue your journey for the trainee program.

Further in the email, it was written, ‘We are arranging professional outplacement services for you to help you find opportunities outside Infosys. You also want to provide Infosys sponsored external training and career option to prepare you for possible roles in the BPM industry. At the end of training, Infosys can also apply for opportunities available in BPM Limited. At the same time, if you want to enhance your IT skills, then you are also being provided Infosys sponsored IT Fundamentals Training Program so that your IT career journey can be supported further. Explain that trainee employees will also get a month’s salary, stay arrangement, travel rent from Mysore Training Center to Bengaluru or your hometown.

Behind the sorting, the company aims to coordinate with the market conditions. According to the company, it has received very few orders in the current financial year, due to which its profits have been estimated by only 0 3 percent. Company sent email to employees
