The electric version of the Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) Harrier of Tata Motors, which holds a large share in the market of electric vehicles (EV), will be launched on June 3. The Harrier Ev was displayed at Bharat Mobility Expo earlier this year.

The company’s ACTI.EV Plus Architecture has been launched with this electric SUV. This performance, new technology and all-wheel drive (AWD) system will add. However, Tata Motors has not given information about its entire specifications and features. Its design is almost the same as Harrier with internal combustion engine (ice). However, some of its special elements separate it as an EV. It has a new design for the close-off grille bumper. In addition, there are LED DRLs with Velkam and Goodbye Animsions. This electric SUV has a new design of alloy wheels for better aerodynamics.

Some changes have been made as LED taillights connected to the rear of Harrier EV. It has a 12.3 -inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Apart from this, 10.25 in -Phuli digital instrument clusters, panoramic sunroof and ventilated front seats will be available. The Harrier EV can also have features such as dual-don climate control and powered tailgate and 10 speaker JBL sound system. Its cabin may have black and white dual-tone color scheme. A large size battery pack can be given in it. The range in single charge of Harrier EV can be more than 500 kilometers. Tata Motors’ EVS has the highest range of about 425 km in the single charge of CurVV EV.

Tata Motors has reported that the Harrier EV will have an all-wheel drive, dual-motor setup. This is the company’s first EV with this driving configuration. It will provide features like seven airbags for safety, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, 360 degree camera, electronic parking brake with auto hold and electronic stability control and features. The shape of its dashboard can be similar to the Ice version of the Harrier. An affordable variant of this electric SUV can also be brought. It can be given a single motor and front-wheel dive setup.
