The explosion that took place in the country’s capital Delhi at around 7 pm on Monday (10 November) shook the entire city. 12 people died in this blast and initial investigation revealed that Dr. Omar, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, was the mastermind of this attack. According to the investigating agencies, he was preparing for this incident for a long time. After the incident, agencies have continuously raided and intensified action. Under this action, terrorist Umar’s house has also been demolished with IED.

After the blast near the Red Fort, investigative agencies conducted raids across the country. Investigation revealed that terrorist Dr. Umar was behind this blast. It was also revealed that his group was planning this attack for the last two years. The police also took action against Umar’s family and detained his brother and mother.

What did Umar’s mother say during the investigation?

During investigation, Umar’s mother told that she already knew that her son had indulged in radical ideas. There was no contact with him for many days. Shortly before the blast, Omar had asked his family not to call him. However, the police was not informed about these suspicious activities of Umar by the family earlier.

Umar was a resident of Pulwama

The name of Umar, a resident of Pulwama, had come up in the investigation in the Delhi blasts. Investigating agencies also confirmed that Umar also died in the blast. Umar, a doctor by profession, was associated with a module of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Even before the blast, the police had arrested several members of Omar’s gang, from whose possession 2900 kg of explosives were recovered.

Investigating agencies have got a lot of information by examining the phone of Muzammil, arrested in the terror module of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Investigation has revealed that Muzammil had come to Delhi several times this year. An investigation has been started into his activities and possible planning behind this.

The agencies have also recovered photographs of many places in Delhi from his phone. These photographs are being analyzed to find out which areas Muzammil visited and what was the purpose of his visit. Initial speculation is that Muzammil’s visit to Delhi was part of some larger planning and it was not just a personal visit.

Many WhatsApp groups found in Muzammil’s phone

A shocking revelation has come to light during the investigation of Muzammil’s phone. The agencies found several WhatsApp groups in his phone, in which suspicious people may have joined. After the arrest of Muzammil, many people left these groups, due to which questions are being raised whether these people left due to fear or they were also a part of this module. Now the investigating agencies are collecting information about all of them and trying to find out what was the motive behind their group exit.

 Police is investigating Muzammil’s activities

An important aspect of the investigation is also the people whom Muzammil met in Delhi. Agencies are trying to find out whether he had made local contacts or had contacted a bigger network. It is also being investigated whether he came alone or other people were also present with him.

Who is Muzammil Shakeel?

Muzammil Shakeel has been arrested in a joint operation of Jammu and Kashmir Police and Faridabad Police. Muzammil is a PCC doctor and was working at Al-Falah University, Faridabad for the last three and a half years.

Weapons and assault rifle recovered from Swift car

On the behest of Muzammil, Faridabad Police recovered a Swift car. Police recovered Krinkob assault rifle from inside this car, which is similar in appearance to AK-47. Along with this, three magazines and 83 rounds of cartridges were also found. Apart from this, one pistol, two pistol magazines and two empty shells have also been recovered.

Police found about 360 kg of ammonium nitrate at the behest of Muzammil in Dhoj area of Faridabad. According to the information, Muzammil had taken this room on rent and this collection had reached him about 15 days ago.

Wires related to Jaish-e-Mohammed

Dr. Muzammil was arrested by the police 10 days ago. Investigation revealed that there is strong evidence of his direct connection with Jaish-e-Mohammed. The police is now investigating the entire matter.

Flaws in scheduling and rostering still continue in Air India, even though the regulator had reprimanded it on the same issue 5 months ago. In the latest case, a co-pilot and a senior captain have been removed from flying duty after the airline learned that they each operated a flight last month.

In one case, the English Language Proficiency (ELP) license had expired, while in the other case, a co-pilot had not cleared the Bi-Annual Pilot Proficiency Check (PPC) Instrument Rating (IR) test. Let us tell you that now DGCA is investigating these flaws and a report has been sought from the airline.

Co-pilot could not clear latest IR-PPC check

According to the report, the co-pilot had failed to clear his latest IR-PPC check. Although this is not a very unusual thing, but the pilot has to take mandatory corrective training before flying again. In this case, the co-pilot operated the flight without training and this mistake is being taken very seriously.

What did Air India say?

An Air India spokesperson said, ‘The case of the first officer operating the flight after unsatisfactory performance in the training check was detected as soon as the mistake was noticed. The crew scheduler and pilot have been off-roster. Further legal process has been initiated and a report has been made to DGCA.

Pilot off-roster

In the second case, a senior captain operated an A-320 flight as pilot-in-command despite his ELP license having expired. Let us tell you that ELP license is the basic requirement for a pilot to fly. Air India has said that a case of senior pilot operating a flight with an expired ELP has come to light. After this the pilot was off-roster and investigation is going on and report has been made to DGCA. Senior pilots say that these flaws raise questions on the oversight in Air India to ensure that only the right pilots come on the roster.

The Supreme Court on Friday (September 12, 2025) dismissed the allegation of sexual harassment against Nirmal Kanti Chakraborty, the Vice Chancellor of the National University of Zuridical Sciences (NUJS) of West Bengal, but the court also said that such acts can be “forgiven, they will always be associated with the guilty”. Therefore, the court gave the decision that this order should be included in the resume of the Vice Chancellor and it should be fully ensured.

Case dismissed due to delay of complaint
The court also said that the victim had filed a formal complaint on December 26, 2023, while sexual harassment was done in April 2019. The Local Grievance Committee (LCC) dismissed it as a “deadline”. The reason was that the complainant had crossed both the boundary of three months and the extend limit of six months.

What is the charge against the Vice Chancellor
The victim said that Vice Chancellor Chakraborty took over the post of VC in the university in July 2019. Two months later, on September 8, he called the woman to her office and asked her to go to dinner, which could have her personal benefits. He touched the woman’s hand, which made her very uncomfortable. The woman quietly left. In October 2019, the Vice Chancellor again called him to his office and asked about the proposal to go to dinner. The victim flatly refused and said to maintain a professional relationship. After this, the Vice Chancellor demanded and threatened to have sex.

Apart from stopping promotion, more threats were given
The promotion of the victim was stopped in October 2019, which eventually approved by the Executive Council on 2 April 2022. In April 2023, the VC asked the victim to walk along the resort, which the woman refused. He then threatened that the woman’s career would be ruined. On 29 August 2023, the woman was removed from the post of Director from the Center of Financial, Regulatory and Governance Studies (CFRGS).

At the same time, investigation was also started against the victim on the misuse of grant from the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the issue of National Foundation of Corporate Governance (NFCG). The Executive Council ordered an immediate withdrawal of Rs 1 lakh from NUJS. The victim complained of harassment and revenge to the Executive Council and Chancellor through e-mail.

The Supreme Court said that removing the post of director would not come in the noun of sexual harassment as it was based on the independent report of NFCG. This work will not be considered associated with previous accused incidents.

Nestle ceo fird: Laurent Frax, CEO of Switzerland’s veteran multinational company Nestles, found it expensive to flirt with his company’s staff. When the company came to know that he had a relationship with his direct subordinate ie PA, he expelled him out of his job with immediate effect. The company says that this step has been taken by the company after a thorough investigation.

After removing Laurent Frax from the company, this responsibility has been given to other board members and NESPRESSO CEO Philip Navratri, who was in his place immediately.

Nestle CEO lost his job

A statement issued by the company said that Laurent Frex’s romantic relationship with his PA is a violation of Nestle’s Business Code of Conduct. Because of this, this action has been taken by the company.

The board of the company said that it was investigated under the supervision of Chairman Paul Bulke, which was being led by Independent Director Pablo Isla. Also, he was being given help from the outside council. Bulke said that this was an important step. Nestle has a strong foundation for Values and Governance Company. He said that he would like to thank Laurent for his service.

Who is Laurent Frax

Laurent Frax has taken over important positions of the company. He joined Nestle in the year 1986. After this, he continued to run European operations till 2014. After that, before being promoted to the post of CEO, he continued to work as the head of Latin America division.

This incident can raise serious questions about Nestle’s corporate governance and ethics. Although the company has tried to save its credibility by taking action immediately, the trust of investors can be somewhat to some extent. The impact of such reports in the market often shows the impact on the share price, as investors pay special attention to the stability and transparency of the management.

On the other hand, Nestle’s hold in a strong brand value and global market is so deep that its impact on the growth of the company in the long term is likely to be limited. Rather, the speed with which the company has decided to change the CEO indicates that Nestle does not want to compromise with its reputation and governance standard.

One of the larger crypto exchanges, Coindcx has suffered a loss of more than $ 4.42 million (about Rs 378 crore) due to hacking. Coindcx has offered to give 25 percent of the recovery to those who assist in identifying the stolen assets and identifying its culprits.

The incident of making a dent in the system of this Crypto Exchange took place on Saturday last week and in it the hackers targeted one of the International Operational Accounts of the Exchange. However, Coindcx has assured its users that their funds are completely safe. This has clarified that this account was used for liquidity -related operations on a partner exchange and no assets of the customer were stored in it.

In the Recovery Bounty program announced by Coindcx, ethical hackers and ecosystem partners have been invited to cooperate in this investigation. This Crypto Exchange says that its target is to recover the web3 community in the fight against cybercrime along with recovery of funds. If the stolen fund of Coindcx is recovered, then those who help can get up to $ 1.1 million as a reward. Sumit Gupta, co-founder of this Crypto Exchange, stated in a post on social media platform X that a complex server has been attacked on an account of Coindcx. He had said that this loss would be completely covered with the company’s Treasury Reserve. This is sufficient to lift the reserve loss.

After this hacking, CoindcX temporarily closed its web3 trading platform as vigilance. However, it was later resumed for users. Gupta also advised the exchange users not to hurry. He had said, “Don’t sell your assets in a hurry.” Coindcx’s internal security team is working with the International Cybercharity Partners to investigate this hacking. Last year, in the system of another major crypto exchange Wazirx, hackers stole the cryptocurrency of more than $ 23 million.

The number of cyber crime has increased rapidly over the years. Investigation agencies are trying to curb this. In this episode, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has caught a gang of cyber crime. The gang used to target people in the US and some other countries with a fake identity of government officials and tech support executives.

A CBI spokesperson said that the accused in the case Rahul Arora has been arrested and arrested at some places. Cryptocurrency worth about Rs 2.8 crore and cash worth about Rs 22 lakh have been seized from this accused. The CBI has launched a ‘CHAKRA-V’ campaign against cyber criminals. The CBI had registered a case after receiving information about cheating people in the US and some other countries, calling for a fake identity of representatives of government officials and representatives of prestigious tech support companies. The raids were conducted on their hideouts after monitoring the activities of the members of this gang.

These raids found evidence about gang activities. These included tools and other evidence for international calls with identity hiding caller identity. The CBI has developed its ability to track and seize virtual digital assets (VDA) for the fight against cyber crime.

Crypto Exchange Bitget has reported in its anti-scam report that the International Crypto scams have lost about $ 4.6 billion (about Rs 39,364 crore) last year. This report states that the methods of fraud of scammers are also changing and they are also using deepfec technology along with social engineering scams. Bitget’s CEO, Gracy Chen reported that AI has made the scams faster, cheap and even more difficult to catch. For example, scammers are cheating investors using AI-generated fake stacking offers and fishing bots. This report gives information about some cases related to Deepfek videos, which promoted the forged schemes of the investment by posting deep -sides on the internet of public celebrities like Billionaire Elon Musk and Prime Minister of Singapore. <!--
