Investment firm GQG Partners has reduced its stake in ITC Hotels. About 1.3 crore shares have been sold through block deal. Which is equal to approximately 0.62 percent stake of the company. The total value of this deal is said to be around Rs 197 crore. After this sale, GQG Partners’ stake in the company has decreased slightly compared to earlier. By December 2025 the share was around 2 percent.

RedTape Share

RedTape has acquired the sales rights for international sports footwear brand SPRANDI in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. The company is now preparing to launch this brand soon on both online and offline platforms, so that sales can be increased. After this news, investors may keep an eye on these shares today.

NTPC has signed an MoU with Electricite de France (EDF). Under this agreement, both the companies will work together to explore the possibilities of new nuclear energy projects in India. However, no final decision has been taken on this yet.
