One of these people has been identified as Rohit Kumar, who was accounting for money transactions in betting. At the same time, Tejinder Singh was operating the communication box, which caused many mobile phones to connect.

5 mobile phones, 500-500 notes from them, 20 thousand cash, a communication box have also been seized, which was being called a box and a mic was also connected to it. A diary has also been seized, in which the account of betting was being written and an LED TV has also been found. On the evening of 8 April, a person had informed the police about betting, keeping his name secret. The police got this information about an hour before the Chennai-Punjab match started on 8 April. This person said that betting gang is being run through mobile phones and other electronic equipment. This information came true and the police raided the time of about 10:40 the same night.
