The scouts of the teams keep an eye on the local leagues and tournaments held in different states. After identifying a special talent, scouts inform the coaching staff about it. After this they are called for trial. The match skills of the players are tested in the trials. If the team management sees some qualities in that particular player, then he is added to the team.
