Dhoot Transmission IPO: Auto component manufacturing company and Bain Capital backed company Dhoot Transmission has taken its steps forward for an IPO of Rs 1400 crore. In this sequence, the company has submitted its updated draft paper to the market regulator SEBI.

Earlier, the company has received approval from SEBI on May 5, 2026 through confidential pre-filing route. After this IPO of the mainboard segment, the company’s shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE exchanges.

What will be the structure of IPO?

Along with new shares, sale of old shares (OFS) has also been included in this public issue. In this, the company will issue brand new equity shares worth Rs 1400 crore and under the OFS window, the existing promoters and shareholders will sell their equity shares worth up to Rs 1.63 crore. Under the OFS, US-based Bain Capital will sell approximately 1.32 crore equity shares through its subsidiary BC Asia Investments XV Ltd, while Mangalam Capital Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Mangalam Coils Pvt Ltd) will sell 31.18 lakh shares of the company.

use of funds raised

The company will use about Rs 493.9 crore of the money raised from the fresh issue to pay off its old debt. Rs 272.58 crore will be invested in its subsidiaries like Dhoot Autocomponents and Dhoot UK. Rs 150 crore will be used to set up new plants in Jhajjar in Haryana and Shoolgiri in Tamil Nadu.

What does the company do?

Dhoot Transmission, a company established in 1999, manufactures and supplies wiring harness. These harnesses integrate electronic sensors and controllers, switches, terminals, connectors, junction boxes, high-voltage interconnection systems and data cables and deliver application-specific architectures on different platforms.

The company claims to be one of the top two players in the two-wheeler and three-wheeler wiring harness market in the country, with a market share of 44.64 percent by value in FY25. Its customers include Bajaj Auto, TVS Motor Company, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India and Royal Enfield.

3 companies get approval from SEBI to launch IPO, check the list once before thinking of placing a bet.

Upcoming IPOs: There is big news for investors earning money through IPO in the stock market. Actually, market regulator SEBI has given approval to three companies Bonbloc Technologies, Eastman Auto and Power and Milestone Gears to raise funds through IPO. This approval from SEBI has come at a time when despite huge fluctuations in the stock market, there is a continuous pipeline of companies thinking of entering the public market.

Bonbloc Technologies

Bonblock Technologies aims to raise Rs 233 crore for the IPO. This will also include new shares worth Rs 160 crore and offer-for-sale (OFS) of 71.86 lakh shares to existing shareholders. This global IT firm wants to list its shares on NSE and BSE. Kfin Technologies has been appointed the registrar of the issue. The IPO structure suggests that the company will raise primary capital through a fresh issue, while existing shareholders will also monetize their holdings through OFS.

Eastman Auto and Power

Energy-transition and power electronics company Eastman Auto & Power also got approval from SEBI to launch an IPO on March 5. The size of IPO can be between Rs 1800-2000 crore. In this too, along with the issuance of new shares, existing shareholders will sell their stake under the Offer-for-Sale (OFS) window. Its shares will also be listed on NSE and BSE.

The company is part of the JRS Eastman Group and operates in battery storage, solar technology and power electronics solutions. Its lead managers are Axis Capital, JM Financial and Motilal Oswal.

Milestone Gears

Milestone Gears is thinking of raising about Rs 1100 crore through its public offering. The issue will include a fresh issue of Rs 800 crore and an offer-for-sale of Rs 300 crore by the promoters. The company will use the funds raised from the IPO to repay old debt, set up a new manufacturing plant in Solan district of Himachal and for general corporate purposes.

Milestone Gears is an engineering company that manufactures components such as bull gears, rear axles, spindles, internal ring gears and bevel gears for tractors, construction equipment, electric vehicles, locomotives and windmills. Its customers include many big names like M&M, Caterpillar, JCB, John Deere.

Get ready! IPO of Rs 13000 crore is coming, company eyes valuation of $12 billion

PhonePe IPO: PhonePe, the most used platform for digital payments in the country, is preparing to launch an IPO. The size of the IPO can be between Rs 11000-13000 (approximately 1.2 – 1.5 billion dollars). With this, the valuation of the company can reach 10-12 billion dollars.

In the year 2023, the company had raised $100 million at a pre-money valuation of $12 billion under the leadership of its founder and CEO Sameer Nigam. Walmart currently has the largest stake in PhonePe. Its other investors include many big companies like Microsoft, General Atlantic, Tiger Global, TVS Capital, Qatar Investment Authority, Tencent, Ribbit Capital.

According to the company’s IPO filing, through this IPO, Walmart will reduce its stake in PhonePe by about 12 percent. Meanwhile, Tiger Global and Microsoft are planning to exit their investment completely. The three investors plan to sell about 50.7 million shares in the IPO. In view of this, it is being said that the IPO will be completely offer-for-sale (OFS). This means that new shares will not be issued by PhonePe.

The country’s second largest fintech IPO!

In the rapidly growing digital payments market in India, PhonePe is in direct competition with Google Pay and Paytm. The company had applied for its IPO in September and the listing is expected to be completed by April this year. However, increasing tension in the Middle East may have an impact on the timeline. If the listing goes ahead, PhonePe will become India’s second largest fintech IPO. Earlier in the year 2021, Paytm had brought an IPO of Rs 18300 crore.

UPI launched in 2016

At present, there are more than 650 million registered users of PhonePe. According to regulatory data, out of the total 21.7 billion transactions done through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) across the country in January, about 10 billion transactions were processed through it. The government launched UPI in 2016 to promote digital payments in the country and reduce the use of cash. Digital payments in India are still a low-margin business as companies are not allowed to charge fees for most transactions.
