Samajwadi Party MP from Kairana seat of Uttar Pradesh, Iqra Hasan has raised questions on the law and order situation of the state. The SP MP had reached Isopur village located in Gangoh, Saharanpur, where she met Aditya’s family and assured the victim’s family of getting justice. The SP MP said that in UP, FIR is registered only on the basis of the complaint.

Raising questions on the law and order situation of UP, SP MP Iqra Hasan said, “BJP people say that law and order is very good under BJP rule, but in my own Lok Sabha constituency, a third-fourth incident has happened in recent times. The way law and order has been broken, neither any arrest is being made nor any satisfactory action is being taken.

Iqra Hasan said that still we reached Isopur where a young man Aditya has been brutally murdered and the family members say that more than one person is involved in this. I feel that until the family members feel that justice has been done to them, it is not justice. My demand from the administration is that they should investigate the entire matter and investigate in such a way that the family members are satisfied.

Taking aim at BJP, Iqra Hasan said that if we demand justice then it is visible the way opposition people are being harassed. Rich people are heard but the poor are not heard. ‘We are not afraid of FIR’

The SP MP said that such justice and equity is going on here. If the officers cannot even say that we should conduct an impartial investigation, then you can understand what kind of dictatorship is going on. An FIR has been lodged against us too but we are not afraid of the FIR. We will continue to raise the voice of our people in every situation and will continue to fight for the poor, the oppressed and for justice with full strength and courage.
