GBU-57 MOP: 30 thousand pound bunker bomb
In this operation, B-2 bombers were equipped with GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP). It is a bomb weighing 30,000 pounds that can explode by penetrating 200 feet under the ground. Each B-2 aircraft had two pilots during the mission. The aircraft continued to get fuel at mid-air refueling points after Missouri flying from the airbase. He then coordinated with the support package under the US Central Command (Central Command). When the B-2 aircraft were to enter the Iranian border, a US Navy submarine fired more than 25 Tomahawk cruise missiles from the Center Command area.
