There is good news for the youth preparing for government jobs. Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has announced new recruitment for 2026. Under this recruitment, candidates will get a chance for the posts of Assistant and Assistant Manager. Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited is the finance company of Indian Railways, which was established in 1986. It works to raise money for big projects of Railways. It is a Navratna PSU, i.e. a big and trustworthy company in the government sector.

How many posts will be recruited?

A total of 23 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. Recruitment will be done on 16 posts of Assistant (NE-5) and 7 posts of Assistant Manager (Finance). In these posts, separate seats have been fixed for general and reserved category candidates, as per government rules.

What qualification is required?

If you want to apply for these posts, then your qualification is that for the post of Assistant, it is necessary to have graduation from any recognized university, basic knowledge of computer, for Assistant Manager Finance, degree in Commerce / Finance / Accountancy with experience in the relevant field. Those with CA or MBA (Finance) will get preference.

selection process

The selection process in this recruitment will be completed in several stages. First of all, the candidates will have to give an online written examination, in which their general knowledge, subject related knowledge and ability will be tested. After this, skill test can also be taken for some posts. Candidates who clear these stages will be called for document verification, where all their required documents will be checked. Finally, there will be a medical test of the candidates, after which the final selection will be done on the basis of merit.

How much salary will you get?

The salary given in this job is also very good. For the post of Assistant, the salary will be between Rs 21,000 to Rs 74,000 per month, whereas for the post of Assistant Manager, the salary will be between Rs 40,000 to Rs 1,40,000 per month. Apart from this, many types of allowances and government facilities will also be available.
