Researchers collected data from 48 studies around the world, including a total of 17,000 stroke patients and about 6 lakh healthy people. He mainly focused on ischemic stroke, which occurs when blood flow in the brain is interrupted.

Why this relationship?

Scientists believe that the blood group may be related to some factors that increase blood clots or the tendency to affect blood vessels. For example, people with ‘A’ blood groups may have a slight probability of blood clots, which is a major cause of stroke. However, more research on this is still needed, how this relationship works.
