According to reports, America and Israel conducted a joint operation against Iran on Saturday, in which Khamenei was killed. It is being said that Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad had tracked his location, but there is little concrete information on how he was found. For this reason many claims and conspiracy stories are going viral.

Trump and Netanyahu’s statement
US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in separate statements that this action was taken to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Trump described Khamenei as ‘the worst person in the history of the world’ on his Truth social platform. After his statement, there was a flood of conspiracy theories on social media.

‘Tooth Fairy’ theory
A user on social media platform X claimed that Mossad sent its agents posing as doctors and dentists to Iran. It is alleged that these people inserted tracking chips in the teeth of important military officers during treatment. It was also said in some posts that gastro doctors also installed similar devices in the body. However, no reliable evidence has been found to confirm this claim.

Theory of ‘spy’ in close circle
A thread on Reddit claimed that Iranian general and Quds Force commander Ismail Qani was working for Mossad and the CIA. The post said that Qani was at Khamenei’s house just before the attack and left before the attack. In some reports, it was also said that his relations with Mossad were being investigated or arrested, but this claim has not been fully proven yet.

Another claim was that Israel hacked Iran’s popular prayer time app ‘Bade Saba’. More than 50 lakh downloads of this app are reported. According to Reuters, messages like ‘the time of reckoning has come’ were shown on this app and an appeal was made to the army to give up their weapons. Major media websites of Iran – IRNA, ISNA, Tabnak and Asr-e Iran have also been confirmed to have been hacked. This was said to be part of a strategy to create psychological pressure.

Which theory is correct and which is not?
While the hacking of traffic cameras and the cyber attack on the Prayer App have been confirmed, the theories of implanting chips in teeth and close officers being spies are still considered to be mere claims. Complete and official information on how Khamenei was tracked has still not been revealed.

Isha further told about the entire situation at that time and wrote, ‘It started when I was at the airport on Sunday, 28th. By 1 pm the airport was closed, there was chaos all around. None of us knew what happened. Then news of missile attack started coming and no one knew what was going to happen to us in the next minute. Strangers were comforting each other, everyone was calling their families at home. Here I would like to tell that I saw the courage of UAE with my own eyes. The ground staff and airport security immediately came into action and remained calm the entire time. Even though we were all in this situation together. I had not checked in myself till then. So I went back to my hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Arrangements made for passengers
Whatever the actress told further, she heard it from the people there. He told that ‘First of all they (airport security) gave as much cash as possible to all the passengers for eating at the airport. Of course, everyone had to wait for their luggage to be collected and for the authorities to sort things out, but after a few hours, every passenger got in line and was given accommodation in all the available hotels in Abu Dhabi. By 9 o’clock that night, they had buses ready to take them to different hotels in the city and on the island. The government had instructed hotels to make arrangements for accommodation and food.

We were all getting notifications and alarms on our phones from the UAE’s MOI to stay put. When the situation seemed calm to them, we were also getting reassuring alerts. Not only this, Isha praised the hotel staff and said, ‘I saw the hotel staff wearing the same clothes from night to morning, they were doing all the work and were completely active, answering people’s questions. The delivery boys were also doing their work. There was no deficiency in any service.

He further wrote, ‘The hotel lobby was completely full, we were also there, we all were scared because of the security alert, but there was no chaos. Hotel security kept everyone reassured. Everyone was scared from within but no one created any stress. Etihad had sent mails/messages to all of us for rebooking or refund. We kept calling the airline, hoping to get on the next flight home, until we got back to our country. The ground staff of that airline were most helpful on call. We reached the airport very early so we were lucky to be on the first commercial flight of Etihad which took off for Delhi yesterday afternoon. The airport was not fully operational, yet, the staff was ready to help in every way.

At the end of her note, Isha thanked the officials of the Government of India. He wrote that thanks to the government for bringing back the people of our country safely.
