Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Monday (22 December) praised the work being done on infrastructure by the Nitish Kumar government in Bihar, while the main rival of the Congress, the BJP, is in alliance with Nitish Kumar’s JDU in Bihar.

Shashi Tharoor, who came to Bihar to participate in the Nalanda Literature Festival, said in a conversation with a channel that there is no doubt that the infrastructure is much better than before. Roads are better. People are seen on the streets till late night, whereas earlier this was not the case. Till now electricity, water and everything else is working fine.

He said that I mean, there is no doubt that a lot of good things have happened in recent years. When asked about Nitish Kumar, the Congress MP hesitated and said, don’t drag me into politics here. In the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, Prashant Kishore’s Jansuraj Party had given a different atmosphere to the entire election by entering the field with tremendous campaigning.
